Please make rent checks payable to Wildwood, Inc. - and remember that we do have a secure dropbox to the left of the office doors! You are also welcome to drop by; we now accept credit cards in the office (no American Express).

Our on-site maintenance supervisor performs scheduled maintenance on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and is available 24/7 for emergencies.

For standard maintenance requests, please fill out the "Maintenance Request" form on the left.

For emergencies during regular business hours, please contact the office at 503-585-8789.

After hours, please call the emergency line at 503-602-2078.

We occasionally perform scheduled maintenance, such as furnace filter replacement and cleaning roofs, windows and decks. A notice will be posted on your door, and approximate dates will be listed on the website calendar and in our newsletter. Please contact us with any conflicts or relevant information.
