Rent a Townhome

• We charge a $35 application fee for a thorough credit and background check. While we do expect applicants to have a clean criminal background and reasonable credit history, we do understand that life happens! Let us know if you have an unusual circumstance that may show up on your application.

• Cats are welcome, with a maximum of two - but please, no dogs! Refundable deposit of $150 per cat.

• Refundable security deposit of one month's rent.

• Month-to-month rentals; no lease necessary!
